What our clients say ...
Thank you very much for your last-minute effort to bring the extra telephone lines into SC-410 on time for the Corporate Command Centre E.R. exercise yesterday morning. It was only due to a miscommunication between the ER coordinator and the Training Dept, which generated our last-minute requirement to set-up the Public Affairs team in SC-410, instead of their normal Classroom 4 setting. They were also appreciative over each individual's effort to accommodate their needs (& telephone service is a big part of that!)

Calgary L&G Phone Incident / Thank You Steve/Rod: Once again many "THANKS" for the great effort yesterday...all 15 hours of it! Mark and I were very impressed with the excellent job you did, not only by getting us back in business in a few hours, but also in installing majority of the new systems. It was the right decision to proceed with the immediate system up gradation, rather than trying to repair the old one. We really appreciate your dedication and decision shown yesterday, hence obtaining positive results. Yesterday a quick efficient response/action and the initial project coordination saved many dollars, which means a lot for a small operation/budget like ours. Thanks Again to Cor-Tel Communication & Stevelda Consulting.

What our clients say ...
I wish to pass along my deepest regards for the work accomplished by Steve & Rod here at Muskeg Mine this week ... even while dealing with the technical & personnel issues surrounding the SC SL-1 problems, this week, as well as the upcoming Restack move this weekend, Steve & Rod has put forward an outstanding effort in dealing with the planned as well as with ,several unplanned user requirements dealt, in their way, in the face of unpleasant & very undesirable (in my view, unacceptable) site technical conditions ... "try making a successful programming change to an A/C-powered pbx when the A/C power isn't stable & the site balks at buying a UPS" I tip my hat to them! Regards,
Ian Lucas, Shell Canada.
